Sahajanand Eco ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

We collect information you give us when you make an enquiry, book an assessment or have an upgrade installed, such as your name, phone number, email, property address, details about your property and existing appliances, and photos of the installation site.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes
• To assess your eligibility for energy upgrades and discounts
• To schedule and complete installation work
• To meet our legal, safety and program compliance obligations
• To provide after-sales support and warranty service

Who we share it with

Where a Victorian Energy Upgrades discount applies, we share the information needed to process your upgrade with the VEU accredited provider named on your quote. That provider may share information with the program regulator, the Essential Services Commission, as required by the program. We may also share information with product manufacturers (for warranty registration), licensed subcontractors working on your job, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing

We only contact you about your enquiry or with your consent. You can opt out of any marketing communications at any time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
